I was looking at the elevation chart for the Augusta Half and it looks like this...
So during my first day of "speed work" on the Hal Higdon plan I used some incline.
After body pump...1/2 mile warmup at slightly faster than normal pace. Then increased incline to 3 and adjusted speed to 6.3 and ran 5 x 400m. I have no idea if its the right way to do it. But it was hard and I have lots of room for improvement. So it can't be hurting!
