What I'm Loving Wednesday

This week we are loving my iPhone. (I know, behind the times.)

We have been downloading some awesome apps on my phone that Emily Loves.  Her favorite thing though is to watch the silly cat videos on youtube.  I have seen enough cats run into walls this week for a lifetime.

I also read Water for Elephants on my Kindle app.  It was a super good deal and a good book.
Hope you're having a good week!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Today is Wednesday and I'm afraid that what I'm loving will be pictureless....sorry!

I am loving that Emmy has started singing.  She will sing "Twinkle twinkle little star" and the tune to the alphabet (she can make it to D), but she is SO proud of herself and it is SO precious!

I am also loving that James got to feel the baby kick a few days ago.  It's amazing how fast this pregnancy is moving along.  Thanks goodness, because my nausea has started to creep back in the afternoons :(  I have been mentally preparing to start working on the new nursery, so expect some pictures from that soon!

Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday!

WILW

This week, I am loving what my child gets to do while I am at work.

My Mom sends me these all day.

Watching kitties on youtube.

 Time for some Nick Jr.

 "Peek-a-boo"

 She is getting SO grown!

Happy Wednesday!

All About Food

This weekend Krish came into town.  So we did a lot of going out and eating.  I didn't take any real pictures, but here it goes...

Thursday night we went to the Aiken Brewing Company downtown.  We really like this place and go a lot when out of town folks come to visit (or when we have an excuse).
Then we walked down to Takosushi.
Downtown is always fun Masters week/ Spring break because so many people are out.  It's great for people watching!

Then Friday night we went to Old McDonalds Fish Camp.  I haven't been there in FOREVER but I remember being able to feed super huge fish while you waited on your table.  Now, there are more goats, geese and peacocks but it was still fun.
It is so country.   James and Krish were more impressed with passing through Murphy Village on the way there.

So then Saturday, Krish had to leave.  We went to Mom and Dad's and grilled out and watched the Masters.
It's always neat watching the tournament, knowing that it's right down the road.

I think we are in for a very similar day today.  =)  Hope you are having a great weekend!

Trip to lake

I guess it's been 2 weeks now since we went to the lake.  Been a little busy/lazy.  =)  Here are some pictures.

She takes her job very seriously.
 Especially tweaking the radio.
All that driving can wear you out!

And this is a diaper cake that I made and think turned out particularly cute.

Hope you are having a great weekend!

Cooper River Bridge Run

Grammy and Grandaddy are participating in the Cooper River Bridge Run this morning in Charleston. Go Grammy and Grandaddy!

Big Day Yesterday

Yesterday we found out that...
We went to Prenatal Imaging in Augusta, which I highly recommend, and found out that Emily is going to have a sister.  I am beyond excited!  Mom and Dad got to go with us.  So did Charlie and Lindsey.

After the appointment, Charlie and Lindsey came over and had bought this on the way home...
(Her auntie Lulu sure does love her already) and a precious blanket.  Baby girl's first presents!

I am also ready to buy into the thought that I can feel her move.  I had been telling myself that it was too early still, but being able to see her move the same time I felt her move, convinced me that it's true.

We also have a name in mind, but I think I might save it for a little while.  Just until we are 100% for-sure sure.

And what a happy coincidence, the Pottery Barn kids catalog came yesterday too. =)  This caught my eye:
Yay!  A girl!
