I went a total of almost 51 miles with an average pace of 10 min 43 sec per miles.
Dad and I ran our second 5k march 2nd and did much better than our first one in December.

The first one we finished in 37 min. This one we both finished in 29 minutes.

( I forgot to hit stop)
Here are the results

178th out of 659...I'm okay with that!
I an doing another one in North Augusta 2 weeks from this one with some of the girls from Junior Womans Club. and then James and I are doing another one in Savannah on April 6th. Then another one in Aiken on April 18th. Not sure how much my results will change but they are fun!
