Daddy is 30! We had a busy week getting ready for his birthday.
We finally made it back to the gym and I used my fancy heart rate monitor during bodypump to see what kind of calories we burn during that class. 810...I'm not sure I believe it, but I'd like to!
We went out for James' birthday Friday night and this is the only picture I took...Mandy dancing with some random old guy. Family photographer fail.
We also had to make a sign for baby Caden. Apparently you can't find a stork for the yard on a Sunday. Who knew.
